My niece has an extensive collection of horses from Golden Oak Stables which makes it easy to shop for Christmas and birthdays. She was thrilled to have Zenyatta and Noelle recently join her collection. The items i received Breyer horses 2011 Treasure Hunt Weather girl set (3) were delivered in a timely manner and the service is excellent. The horses were packaged very well and were recieved in super condition . Iam pleased with the overall models themselves ,but was dissapointed that they won't stand on their own . being an artist i will make stands for them so they can stand securely. the legs are slightly bent from the knee down so i think that is the problem , I believe this is a mold flaw not anything that golden oaks can fix. I think by heating the legs slowly and carefully i can sraighten the legs and this will help them to stand. more

I ordered a Zenyatta, which was in stock at the time I placed the order, and also pre-ordered a mid-year release model, Apple Jack. The projected *ship* date was "first week in July", but when I returned from out of town on July 1st, there they were waiting for me on my porch! (I chose the "ship together when all items are in stock" shipping option). I hadn't ordered from a dealer in years, but the prices were so reasonable and the service was so flawless that I will be buying my models from Golden Oak Stables whenever possible in the future. Great packing, great shipping, and GREAT models! Apple Jack in particular was a surprise, his photo makes him look tantalizing but in person he GLOWS. A new favorite of mine. Zenyatta is also lovely, a wonderful and accurate portrait of a living legend. more

Good Experience Beginning to End 6/3/2011

First of all my wife and I were very happy to find that Madame's Dollhouse had the doll we had been looking for in stock (It is no longer even listed on the manufacturer's website, so it is probably discontinued). The price was fair and the order was, as promised, shipped the next day. There was some issue with the website mechanics; the shipping address submitted to Paypal did not not transfer to the checkout page, but this issue was quickly solved with an e-mail. The doll arrived before promised, was in perfect condition, and happily received by the family we purchased it for. more

Shipping address different than billing address 5/24/2011

We live in Canada and shipping to Canada can be very costly. When we travel to the States, we try to do some online shopping and have our items delivered to our destination. This transaction was handled in a very professional manner. Items arrived in a very timely manner and I was able to see their arrival before our departure. Would definitely do this again! My 11 year old was thrilled with her items. more
