SF Green Carpet Care

We needed to get the air ducts cleaned in our house but I kept putting it off because I figured it would be a timely process and really expensive. Finally I decided it was time to do it so I checked online and read some reviews and then called a few places. SF Green Carpet Care stood out to me so I booked up an appointment with them. They explained the process to me and gave me an approximate estimate over the phone. Once the technician got to my house he checked everything out and told me the exact price which was much lower than I thought it was going to be (which made me very happy). It didn?t take to long and I can already feel the difference in the cleanliness of my house! more

This business is a SCAM. BEWARE! I contacted SF Carpet Cleaning since they had such great ratings on Google. They quoted me $79 for 2 room cleaning. I agreed and had them come out to my residence. They ended up subcontracting it out to All-4-You Carpet cleaning. I was a bit weary since they are not the company I originally called but later found out there is a Armenian carpet cleaning family business that they open multiple companies so Yelp, CitySearch, etc. can't track them. I showed him 4 small yellow stains (size of a silver dollar) left by an old dresser leg. He said that he will have to charge me $279 for a ""deep cleaning"" but will be able to get 95% of it out. Against my better judgement, I agreed. He brought in a cleaner that looked like something I could have rented from Safeway. After less then 30 mins of cleaning, he said he was done. I checked out the work and the stains were still there and the carpet didn't look cleaned, just wet. Originally the girl told me I can pay by check but the guy said I cant, cash/credit card only. I read thru the contract and I refused to sign the contract since I was not satisfied. The cleaner called his boss and they both lied to me and told me its to authorize payment, that was a lie and the legal verbage was on top of the signature line stating that I was happy with the work and it's complete. I was ripped off $300+ and my carpet looks worst/same as it did before. BEWARE! Go with a reputable company. If you do not believe me, yelp them: All-4-you Carpet Cleaning. Our carpets were cleaned by SF Green Carpet Care this past week. I was so thankful that the technician was so nice, I am pregnant and even though they usually aren?t supposed to move stuff for you, he helped me move some of my stuff around so he could clean under it. The price wasn?t too bad and it was well worth it. I can't say enough good things about SF Green Carpet Care. They are so helpful and know how to treat their customers. more

We called San Francisco Green Carpet Care for help. The men who came out visited us twice and on time, their work was done with such expertise that there is no hint of any of the original stains. The carpet was reinstalled and pinned down very well. We are delighted with their work. It looks as good as new. Our carpets were cleaned by SF Green Carpet Care this past Tuesday and I can still smell the freshness today, Thursday. In addition, the technician whom had come to our house to clean the carpets was able to remove some very stubborn stains and spots (which we had tried to remove previously without any success). SF Green Carpet Care, what a service! They saved us from our bad-tempered mother. Our Mom had gone to my uncle?s house for a few days, and we seized the opportunity to become little French Chefs while trying to bake a cake etc. But to our dismay some the batter didn?t stay on the kitchen table and was spilled on the carpet and everywhere else imaginable; we were panicky especially my brother. I have 3 small children who constantly like to draw all over my house, so when my youngest daughter spilled some paint on my carpet I didn't know what to do.
