S & B Plumbing was recommended. to me by My Landlord. They called to let Me know they were on their way, They fixed the Problem, and showed me the Problem, and why it happened. They came and said the vanity spout was splashing water and they replaced as a courtesy. (FREE). My bill was a lot LESS than I expected. My Bathroom was wiped, clean Before they left. A neighbor recommended this company many years ago and they are the BEST. I have used them for many years and have been happy - their plumbers KNOW what they are doing and they are not out to make to spend more money or dupe you into buying more. We had water pouring out in the front yard very late in the day. They came out right away and shut off the main valve. Early next morning the digging started, the line was fixed, and my plants put back. I was real surprised to see the negative review for S & B Plumbing. I started using them about three years ago after they really helped my girlfriend out when she had a huge problem. They had to jack hammer through her foundation to fix her problem; it was a mess. Knowing she, like me, was a single Mom, they gave her a great price. She was very grateful.\r They have always fixed my plumbing problems very reasonably and promptly. The time before last, when I thought my water heater was leaking, but it was my washing machine, they didn't even charge for the house call! They have always treated me and my girl friend right. They are my plumbers. When I had a heating problem, I asked them who to use and they said airwise, who also has been real reasonable.\r As a single Mom who is financially in a tight spot, it is reassuring to have repair service professionals who I trust to treat me right. I called because something was leaking from my attic. I was told someone would be at our house within 30 minutes. Well, 2 hours 45 minutes later some dork showed up and said he needed to call another guy over to look at it because obviously he didn't know what was going on.\r The other guys came, informed me I needed a new water heater. The price I was quoted was 1850.00.\r I called another company ( Santhoff Plumbing) for a 2nd quote and was told the water heater was FINE-I had a galvanized pipe that was needed to be repaired for $250.00.\r These guys are ripping people off-I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
