This clinic is just plain awful. Before I say more, I will say that the actual doctors are good but every other staff member you encounter before you actually see a doctor are rude, lazy, incompentent, downright nasty. They treat everyone as they are charity cases. A lot of people have private insurance, not public assistance. My point is that no one should be treated with such contempt. Every client/patient should receive compassion and respect the minute they enter the front door. But NOT at this place. Please do not waste your time. I wouldn't give it any stars but I was forced to pick at least one. more

Retarded! Beware! 10/21/2010

This is the most incompetent clinic I've ever been to. Took over 2 months to do blood work just to check iron levels and 3 vitamins, I was charged consultation 100 dollars (and was told that blood work is included), then I was charged (again 100 dollars!) Just to find out to results. For 200 dollars I could have done complete blood work someplace else, if they would've told me the real price) and it would've taken a week maybe, not over 2 months. Every person I talked to here told me a different thing regarding how to make appointments, get results etc etc. Absolute nightmare! Do not do this to yourself! more

Last resort for health care. 7/31/2008

Yes, I understand this is a community clinic, but it needs to maybe serve the community. Disorganized, inefficient, not helpful and showed NO sympathy. This place is a shining example of why the US health care system is falling a part. I would go anywhere before I would go here, I might prefer to die on the curb. I am not sure if the staff at the clinic would even notice if I did. AVOID! Public health nightmare!! Cons: Poorly trained staff, no sympathy, nightmare more
