Its a shame to have such poor service in a government office. to arrive early for your scheduled appt. and then still sit for 1:30 after that appt. still waiting for service is a sick shame. then to be told once you finally get into to get the kid a shot, that they can't because child is the sniffles, please come back in a month. Makes me angry. more

Backwards, not organized, slow, rude workers 1/19/2010

This place should receive 0 stars. Who the hell is in charge of this place? It's like something out of a movie. Things are so unorganized and slow here. It's my ultimate nightmare even thinking of having to ever go back there for the smallest thing. Ugh! Someone in charge please take control and fix this place!!!! more

Most Unorganized Business I Have EVER Dealt With 3/12/2007

The clerks who are the behind the front desk at the Russell County Health Department are incredibly rude. They answer questions with short, snappy remarks as if they hate to be bothered by you. Scheduling an appointment to be re certified for the WIC program has been virtually impossible for me. My 11-month is now without formula for the 3rd time this year, because of this company's policy for scheduling appointments. more
