My order came in wrong, they couldn't fix it in time for the delivery date that was set. Store Manager not available for days, then asked how he could fix the issue when it was to be delivered in two days and he was just hearing about it. I'm now stuck with 2 couches and not the couch and the love seat, and was credited $30 for their mistake. They said they aren't to be blamed for the factory's error. They are terrible to deal with, and I would never do business with them again. They did offer to let me ""borrow"" one of their couches until the love seat came in. They say they're a family owned business, but when I asked to speak to the owner, they said he has little to do with the business and is retired, but I could write him a letter and send it to the store and they would be sure he got it.
