I had the Clam chowder soup and the soup was spoiled.
I complained to the waiter and she took the soup away and said she had notified the manager. The manager did not come to talk about the situation.
The waiter brought the check and I notified her that I need to talk to the manager before I left. She went and got the manager. I told the manager that the clam chowder was spoiled and obviously had a high bacteria count. He said he had ask that the chowder to be removed. He was very defensive and act as if it was not a big deal to have served a customer with spoiled soup.
He ask if the rest of the meal was ok and I told him it was.
He said come back to see us and he walked away.
Eating the spoiled soup was a terrible experience and the experience with the manager was even more disgusting.
With his non caring attitude toward customers, I can see how this attitude would also result in serving spoiled food.
