I was having problems with my tv. I called 602-978-0030 which connected me with a shop bench tech. I explained the problem and he suggested I call the In home service tech cell 602-330-3212. I left my info on voicemail ,not expecting to hear back. He called me back in about 3 minutes. I again went through my problems. He asked me several questions and then suggested I unplug my cable converter box then reconnect it. After about 1 minute my picture and sound returned.That is good service and it was free.
