Customer Service is EXCELLENT 11/18/2013

I have used Roy's for several repairs on my 2007 Volvo. The customer service goes above and beyond what I ever expected. Recently they had to keep my car overnight and paid for a rental for me to have for the following day. They keep me informed as to what is happening with my car and have it ready when they promise. I highly recommend Roys Auto. more

Only Auto Place I Completely Trust 10/25/2013

Roy and crew are the best example of what a good small business should be. I've taken my 200+k mile Volvo to Roy for four years for everything from oil changes, to replacing a radiator, to timing belt and suspension repairs. One thing I can count on is thoughtful diagnoses, thorough explanation, and everything turning out better than expected. Roy's is TOPS. more

Honest Mechanics & Fair Prices 10/23/2013

Recently had a routine fluid change done but I have several large cost replacement items coming due soon. Roy & his team advised me on what's highest priority to replace first so the jobs can be done at different times. I really appreciate all of there trusted advice and reasonable prices for a european car. Thanks guys! more

My Son's 240 runs like new!!! 9/10/2013

Our 1993 240 was had 2 previous owners, the owner we just acquired it from told us her mechanic said the car was junk and couldn't be fixed. I'm glad we took it to Roy before making a final decision. He's gone through the car and fixed all of the issues! It runs like new after he went through the car. Thanks guys! more

We had been experiencing what we thought was transmission problems. Took it to Roy's Auto Service and they diagnosed the problem as needing new Ignition Coils. It has been running perfectly since. Thanks! more

Fixed multiple issues on our classic Volvo 7/30/2013

We brought our sons 240 Sedan in to fix one issue but Roy identified several issues that were less expensive to complete the repair. The bushing repair was far less costly than the struts that we thought were the issue. Thanks for the least cost option to fix our sons classic Volvo! more
