I recently bought a Volvo, and took it to Roy's Auto Service for a few services. They were super friendly, and helped me SO much. They were able to get the parts in that I needed by the next day, and had it done in a few hours! They are very fair with their pricing, and super honest. Some of the best service I've ever had from a mechanic! more

Excellent customer service and honest employees who go the extra mile. 3/27/2014

This was my second visit to Roy's and I was even more impressed the second time. I had some small issues that needed repairs during each visit and they were taken care of free of charge. The staff is friendly, honest and willing to assist in any way. Roy's Volvo is a breath of fresh air after having service done at a Volvo dealership in SLC and being nickel and dimed for every service. We are Roy's patrons as long as we own a Volvo..."for life"! more

Friendly and Honest Service 2/10/2014

I went to Roy's to get my CV boots fixed, but while I was there, they also found another problem (during their complimentary inspection) and helped me take the steps to get that fixed as well. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful - she shopped around for good prices for me and ended up saving me over 400 dollars on parts. The mechanics were honest in their work and made sure I understood the process step-by-step. I got a 30-point inspection and both of the boots fixed for less than the price it cost a Volvo dealership to do one inspection. I will go to Roy's for all the future issues that come up in my car - I absolutely loved it! more

Knowledgable and Honest 1/13/2014

Having had family in the bussiness in the past, I have never had to seek out a mechanic and did not have great experiences until finding Roy. He has always treated me fairly, let me know what to anticipate in the future and is more than willing to show and excplain issues. His staff are all polite and professional as well. Its nice to have someone closer than SLC who specializes in my make of vehicle. more

Accommodating, Friendly, and Fast 12/27/2013

While driving from Los Angeles to Park City one of my headlights died. I found Roy's on Google not knowing what to expect. Roy was super nice and stopped what he was doing to fix my light and in the process discovered a problem which explained why I've had to replace so many bulbs. more

I am a faithful customer because Roy goes above and beyond is maintaining my vehicle. I needed some work done on Christmas eve and he was willing to get my car done with short notice so that I could travel during the holidays. more
