Very impressive 5/17/2011

I needed my locks rekeyed after me and my roommate had a falling out. I found out about Royalty deadbolt & key services through a friend. When I called I was impressed with the customer service. They were very professional and the guy they sent was too. He got the job done fast and well. more

Trustworthy company 5/5/2011

My roommate locked me out on our balcony and as karma would have it she left her keys in the house and left out the front door. We were both locked out on different sides Solution: We called Royalty deadbolt & key services and they said they'd be there in 25 minutes. 25 minutes later they were here and we were back in our house in less than 2 minutes. I would highly recommend them if you are ever in a bind. or get stuck on your balcony. more

Relieved! 3/8/2011

Locked my keys in my car and I called them, they came out and opened up my my car for me. Very effective, The issue was with the charge slip. i was handed the slip however I noticed the "total" line item was not filled out. I asked the technician to fill it out, and he grudgingly did. Wasn't too thrilled but subsequently that evening I got a call from the owner apologizing for the incident. more

Would recommend 2/22/2011

I couldn't be more satisfied with Royalty deadbolt & key services. I recently had to use their services when my my laptop combination lock got stuck while it was attached to my laptop. Another locksmith service told me that they couldn't break the lock off and that my best solution would be to try all 10,000 possible combination to open my combination lock. When I took my laptop to Royalty deadbolt & key services they were able to promptly remove my combination lock from my laptop by breaking it off. Their staff was very friendly, and I couldn't be happier with the service at their store. I'd highly recommend Royalty deadbolt & key services in any situation which requires the service of a locksmith. more

Excellent! 2/14/2011

Pretty groovy. I called, they came within an hour, installed much needed locks for 5 doors in our office, and were gone in a flash. Easy credit card payment done at MY desk. And no, I don't have that equipment. Efficiency and convenience, I don't know what more you can ask for from a business, but I'm about to call them back to put in a deadbolt. more

Last week, our key broke into half while we were unlocking our apartment's door lock. Unluckily the key got jammed inside the lock and we had no idea what to do.Luckily, I searched for Local locksmiths and found Royalty deadbolt & key services. I called them up, and their local locksmiths reached my home within 10 minutes, and I was quite impressed with their quick response.It took just 15 minutes to unlock the door.
