They came out and fixed our Sub-zero refrigerator we now have ice for the first time in many months!! They also fixed our downdraft vent on stove in less time and $$ then quoted, very polite and knowledgeable. Will use again and gladly refer them again, owner is a great guy very professional company. more

I called them in to fix a leaking washing machine. Without wasting my time and money they quickly assessed the cost of repair was going to be much higher than the replacement. I appreciated their honesty. more

Technician showed up on time, explained the problem and made the repair. The technician was courteous and helpful. This is not our first experience with Royal Touch Appliance Repair. And all of our experiences have been very positive. more

We called Royal Touch Appliance Repair to come out for my LG microwave. The unit is still under my mfg.warranty. You could tell that the tech was very knowledgeable about my microwave. He was able to provide me with all the answers to my questions and even gave me some additional info about the use and care for my stainless steel door. I will use this company in the future for any other problems that I have with any of my appliances. They were a pleasure to work with from the first call to the completion of my job. Highly recommend the use of this company for any of your own appliance needs. more

When we called Royal Touch Appliance Repair, owner answered with a friendly voice and was happy to schedule an evening appointment for us. Our family of four have hectic days and he was great at arranging his service call around our appointments. When he came to our place and confirmed our washing machine pump needed replacing, he offered a no charge replacement loaner pump while our special part (LG) was ordered from the manufacturer. He arranged to return at a convenient time and had the issue resolved within an hour. He was polite, conscientious, and very professional. more

I had them repair my Viking Oven. The baking element was bad and quickly and cost effectively replaced by them. I would recommend them for any of your household appliances that need repair. more
