We called Royal Touch Appliance Repair to come out for my LG microwave. The unit is still under my mfg.warranty. You could tell that the tech was very knowledgeable about my microwave. He was able to provide me with all the answers to my questions and even gave me some additional info about the use and care for my stainless steel door. I will use this company in the future for any other problems that I have with any of my appliances. They were a pleasure to work with from the first call to the completion of my job. Highly recommend the use of this company for any of your own appliance needs.
