Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

My sewer started backing up last night after I took a shower around 8:30 pm. I was able to call Roto-rooter Pittsburgh PA and have someone come for no additional charge within 2 hours. My plumber - John, was very personable and honest with me about my price & my problem. Everyone I have dealt with at this company has been as well. I highly recommend this company for homeowners with sewer problems. more

Joe came and replaced all three toilets in our house. He did the job cleanly, quickly, efficiently, and professionally, even for a Saturday morning. The price was exactly as he explained to us several days earlier when he came to the house. more

On Sunday morning our sewer backed up in the basement. I called Roto Rooter and they sent a plumber with a hyrda jet on the truck because of our past history. As always is the case in the Bringe household, some type of catastrophe occurs during a holiday. [You can ask anyone; it's why "Mom" usually breaks down in tears at one point or another during the holiday season!!] With overnight guests, our sewer started to back up. Not only were we down one toilet and one shower, but we knew that if we didn't get the problem fixed soon, we might have a real mess on our hands. We contacted our regular plumber who gave us an emergency number to call. When we received no return call -- so much for an "emergency" number --, we decided we had to take further action. Thank goodness for Roto-Rooter and Bill! Not only was Bill at the house when we were told someone would be there, but the problem was fixed in no time. While we are extremely hopeful that the Christmas holidays will not bring any sewer-related problems, we know that, if something does "come up" in the Pittsburgh area, our FIRST call will be to Roto-Rooter. I live in Pittsburgh pa and needed a plumber quickly as my outside faucet would not shut off I called Roto Rooter. and they responded, ( from the time I called to time the plumber arrived) in less then 50 minutes. We chose Roto-Rooters in Pittsburgh because of their no extra charges for weekend calls. We had a pretty bad clog in the bathroom sink and I was getting fed up with wasting time trying to deal with it!! Within one hour we had a plumber over the house. Justin took his time to explain the process and took his time in dealing with the clog. He reattached all of the plumbing and explained their 6-month guarantee on their work. It's nice to know that I can get him back to the house if a problem comes up. I recommend Roto-Rooter in Pittsburgh for any plumbing needs. I will call them again if needed!! more

My double bowl kitchen sinks were stopped up. Needing someone fast, I called Roto-Rooter, upon the recommendation of my son-in-law. The plumber gave me a quick and reasonable estimate, and he took off $30 with my coupon. He quietly worked on the problem and did not bother me once. When he was done, he stood in the front door entrance way with the bill and told me what was done. I'm glad I did not have to get a new toilet since this one is about 20 years old. more

Clogged drain happened approx 8 pm on a Tuesday. Called Roto-Rooter, answering service took message. Plumber called back within 15 to 20 minutes and said he would be there withn 2 hours. Thought he was coming from Pittsburgh. Got to the house around 9pm and worked for 2 hours to unclog the drain. He was very persistent. Co-worker called to see if he needed assistance. Finally got drain open. Price was very reasonable and he took our credit card. Guaranteed for 6 months is good too. Would use them again in a heart beat! more
