Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

i just got my plumbing done by roto-rooter. they were very efficient, quiet and good at what they did. i also give them a plus for cleaning up when they were finished. which is more then most companies that i have dealt with in the past have done. they explained everything that they were going to do , so i knew what was going on and what to expect when the workwas finished. i highly recomment this company. more

Dependable, caring and knowledgable are just a few words to highlight my recent experience with Roto Rooter. I had a previous plumbing company come out to look at my water heater and they didn't fix the problem. The next day, I called Roto Rooter and from the moment the woman picked up the phone, I knew they were going to take care of it I was able to get a technician out to my house within 2 hours of the phone call. Once he arrived, he wore foot coverings and was very respectable. I explained the issue and he knew exactly what the issue was. He took the time to careful explain the anatomy of a water heater and what was causing the problem. He provided a very reasonable quote and began the work immediately. Throughout the entire process, he explained what he was doing and how important it was for the water heater. Now, I have full functioning water heater and I am so glad that I called Roto Rooter. I had my main line to sewer replaced in Bristol Pa not only were they the least expensive of all the plumbers in the area, they took care of everything which took so much stress off of me. They had the work done in 1 day and the gentlemen that performed the work were extremely polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter for all you plumbing needs! I also had basement damage and they called the restoration crew out and that same day they did the restoration work and handled all the details with my insurance company. Called Roto-Rooter today and asked for Duane because when he came last year he did an excellent job. Duane explained exactly what the problem was and he did a really good job. This time we had a different plumbing problem with a stopped up sink. Again, he was thorough, explained everything and did another excellent job of clearing our drain. I had a 8"" 150 year old sewer line that was broken at my store in the old city section of Philadelphia. Roto-rooter responded in a timely manner, were courteous, respectful of my property and charged a fair price. I have an old home...an old home that came with old pipes. So far I have had 2 pipes burst a leak. I called Roto-Rooter the first time just out of the phone book. The plumber who came to the house was excellent, he had his work cut out of him, the pipe was in a horrible position to try and fix but he worked very hard and I was surprised at the fair price he gave me after such a difficult fix. Happily surprised because when I got another pipe leak this week, I didn't think twice about calling again. Very professional, very hard working and very helpful. I'll be calling them again! more
