Really?? dont you think you can be a little more customer friendly? First you still in this day and age dont offer on line or credit/Debit payments., ( Big pain for those of us who are busy!) and secondly when you call you need to talk to some RUDE women. Come the heck on....this is Not acceptable. All this hassle for a $ 29.92 payment.....I am HOT!!! Lady, you need a new job. One that does not allow you to speak!!!!!
