Worst

Funny to read reviews that say ""you won't be disappointed"". SO not true. A party with more people that came after us was seated before us, service was slow & a little inattent...

Great Organic Food 3/30/2005

Rose's Cafe has really good food. The best thing about it is that it is all made from fresh organic ingredients. This does mean that you pay more but you can definitely tell the difference. The one odd thing that happened to us was that the waitress didn't ask us if we wanted bread until our meal was served. And it was pretty slow at the time. This place can get packed on the weekends for brunch so beware. Pros: Great Food Cons: , Can Get Crowded more

Great burger 6/27/2004

In addition to great salads, Rose's also serves up a fantastic burger: thick, juicy and tender. The meat contain herbs and pieces of green onion, all on a warm toasted bun. Fries are hot, crispy-tender and lightly spiced. Sitting on the sidewalk is great, but can get chilly, even with the heaters. more

Every time I eat at Rose's it's superb! The atmosphere is warm, the people are helpful and fun, and the food is wonderful good ole' Italian food. more

Great Service - Amazing Pizza! 10/11/2002

First of all, the waitress was super hot (tall, dark hair - definitely a model of some kind), attentive and friendly. Actually, the entire staff seemed to enjoy their work and provided great overall service. The food was amazing - the pizza is definitely one of the top around. more

Nice flavors, unique menu 7/3/2002

The atmosphere is warm and appealing, with soft booths and bright lighting. I went with friends last night, and tried a bite of their entrees. The gnocchi was fresh, but perhaps slightly bland. The salad and spinach pasta were delicious, and the sausage pizza was scrumptious. The wine list is broad enough to accomodate a range of budgets, though the food is slightly overpriced for what it is (the spinach pasta with mushrooms and garlic is $17, just a little high for meatless pasta). Worth a visit if you are in the Marina. And our waitress was attentive, sweet and adorable...didn't rush us one bit. Pros: location, atmosphere Cons: overpriced more

Great for brunch 7/2/2002

For a Saturday morning brunch, Rose's Cafe was a great choice. My party was seated promptly, although the restaurant was quite busy. The hustle and bustle on the streets make for fun people watching. The food was served quickly and was so delicious. I'll be headed back there someday soon! more
