It's hard not to reccomend this place for fun but...THey have young people working everywhere and they SUCK at customer service. They are the most retarded , ignorant, un-trained employees in the area. They seem to be placed in positions they don'[t belong in. Sadly this is the fault of managment and whoever wont pay for proper training days. Even when they try to make up for bad service they half ass it and give you a ""two for one"" coupon instead of a COMP! more

I Braught my nephews to this place and I was very concerned about how the very very LARGE structure that you walk up and wait to get on the water slide ride was full of baddly rusted steel beams. \r \r Who really knows when this Large structure will come crashing down and kill 100s of kids. \r It is very scary to think about the possibility of that structure collapsing and causing the devestation that it would cause if collapsed on a busy day.\r \r Well, I won't be letting my nephews around that place again. nice waterwark, can be dangerous if you are not a good swimmer, employees are nice at the start of their shifts, great at relocating kids with parents. a little girl got lost and found mom with in min. thanks to security and lifeguards.the food canbe over price so by food and eat it in the parking lot(you can not bring food inside) oh and buy a locker. sometimes there are locker upstairs for 50 cents it beats the ones out side for 6 dollars. race accrs are fun and so is lazertag. i think that sunsplash is the COOLEST place on earth and i always have fun and the 2 new slids are sooo fun my fav is both and the wave i love the twin twisters and i think everone needs to go and the lins might get long but only on the weekdays ather than that i love that place never go out of bissnas thanks so much.thunder falls and the six chutter is my favs thanks so much 4 making it fun hahahahaahah thats all i hear there. sunsplash is a blast there a two new slides that are very awesome and pretty cool we go there for company parties and field trips all the time it is somewhere to take your children if you would like to have fun with them \r the lines go pretty quick when there isnt people just standing around and not paying any attention to the movment of the lines \r i grant that the lines to get in are long every now and then but theres only like 2 people trying to let some odd 500 people in so you cant expect them to beable to go real quick they are tryin\r the food is awesome there it is always real quick and on time and hot when you get it othere places are long time wait and not always have hot food but this one even has a lot of people and still good \r the workers are very generious and caring i dont think in the last 7 that i have been going there that i have had a problem with any of them \r i recommend that you take your family there and see it for yourself i thinkvyou would reeally like it Pros: parking, food, workers, service Cons: long lines SOMETIMES more
