Had a car accident, called them, told them what happened. With-in 2 days of the accident, I (we) received 7 indivual welcoming letters and instuctions and a form to sign stating that they would be representing me,and my friend. I was the owner of the car, not the driver. We signed the contracts. 3 weeks later they terminated us for a conflict of interest in the case. more
