I've been to a lot of venues around the 1/9/2012

I've been to a lot of venues around the country and there are many I could and probably will write reviews on but the Rose Garden in my home city is one of the nicest places still to date. I have been able to watch games, concerts, shows and in many places around the arena. I've enjoyed the sky boxes a few times. I think it was very well done when they built it. Parking can kind of be a pain but I don't know of a place that is not. I'm very proud to have a place close to home to enjoy events at. I'm proud to be from Oregon and live in Beaverton. The Rose Quarter is just one example of the great things there are in Portland. Looking forward to a few Blazer games here in next couple months. more

Beware of Pyramid Taproom aka Schonley's Place 4/18/2009

I've tried this place twice, only to get grave gastro instestinal distress, requires professional attention both times. They need to work on their kitchen cleanliness practices. How long had is been since Multnomah County inspected this kitchen? Cons: Sickening food more

Rose Garden-best concert venue hands down. 4/15/2008

The Rose Garden is by far the best venue we have been to. We saw Bruce Springsteen which was sold out. We never once stood in line for drinks or to use the restrooms. The staff was extremely organized and friendly. They found us new seats when it turned out that we had been sold bad tickets. We were treated extremely well and will continue to fly into Portland just to see concerts there. more

Good venue 11/17/2006

Always a good place to see a big concert. Sure you're surrounded by people, but therein lies the fun. I always have good memories of this place. This includes a breakdancing freak during one of the breaks between acts. He was awesome. Got the whole arena into it. more
