I had the worse experienced with this attorney, she will not answer your emails or calls and to top it off, she doesn't shows up or she is late for court hearing for Domestic violence and child custodycases. I been very dissastisfy and frustruated with her services and she has done anything for me yet. I already pay her up to $4000 up front. Also , she is too busy to represent clients because she is running for city council in Chino Hills,CA. What of wastes of money and time! more

Never thought I would say this but Rossana Mitchell is the best attorney you will find in Chino Hills. She is reasonable with her fees and she wants to settle your case. She never encouraged me to go to trial but always supported settlement. She saved me a lot of money by doing this. She was able to convince the other side. Very please. I would hire her again. :) more

Honest attorney. Her retainer was reasonable and I was please with the outcome of my case. Before I hired her I made sure she had a clean record with the California State Bar. I was most impressed with her dedication to her community. She seemed to care about my case and was very attentive to the details. I really appreciated that the most. She was very thorough. I have read a multitude of complaint about this attorney. I hope you and the rest have reported her to the Bar and continue to go further by spreading the word. I plan to contact everyone who has been wronged by this rip off artist and ask that they come together and fight this person. If every person takes action it will serve a purpose. File a report on a website called"" rip off report"" for starters and this way her name will be on the first page when someone performs a name search. This could save others from being harmed by this individual. more

Worst Attorney! I chose her after reading about her in West Coast Magazine, she claimed that she's a passionate lawyer who understand the pain of divorce. What a bull! First time I met her, she didn't even bother to give me full attention, all about getting my retainer. Once she got my $3500 retainer, her office never did anything!! I had to yell and scream so many times and after 9 months later finally Rosanna worked on my case. The worst thing is she didn't show up on my first court date and she did not even bother to let me know she wasn't coming! I called her office and her staff didn't even know where she was. Finally she called the court and informed the clerk, she would call in on my turn. When it was my turned, the court called her and she didn't pick up her phone! They tried so many times and the judged pushed me to the end of his case of that day. I would never recommend her to anyone - not worth your money! more

incompetent is an understatement this attorney is a joke, she shows up late and unprepared, she has terrible courtroom procedure, she has no respect in the legal profession and even the judges don't like her. she took my $3500 retainer and did nothing for it.
