Romio's Pizza & Pasta

Where to start? The person who took my order was barely understandable. I was able to understandthat he wouldn't take my Romio""s cupon because they were franchised. This explains why the food quality is so low compared to the Greenwood store. I asked what soup the had and was told ""uhhh... noodles with vegetables."" The ""noodles"" had the consistency of dissolved saltines, and there was an oil slick covering the top of the bowl. I kind of wonder if the last patrons who came in and left their soup alone had their portion thrown back into the crockpot. Their Tortellini was overcooked and the sauce bland and watered down. This mess of a meal took an hour to deliver, and I don't live very far away. I paid nearly $50 for a meal for two (no drinks even). I highly recommend you save yourself the expense of dining here. This starving student would rather go hungry. Pros: they deliver Cons: food, service and price more

I love the pizza at Romios. I live closest to the Edmonds Romios, but had never dined in before. I highly recommend you do not attempt to do so. Someone in my party ordered spagetti and meatballs, they received the spagetti noodles and sauce and was told ""the meatballs will be up in 5 mins"" HUH!?? So they brought the meatballs 5-7 mins later in a little dish. SEPARATELY?? that is absurd! We didnt get our drink orders for 10 mins and the salad we ordered came 5 mins before the pizza. Cold pizza or soggy salad. Our party of 8 felt like we were an imposition to the waitress. It was as if she even tried to avoid us. No kidding! These restauranteurs truly do not know the service end of the food industry. The pizza was good on a positive note. more

Wait staff is not at all pleasant, very difficult to order food for delivery, staff will argue about what you ordered. Pros: great location, decent pizza, quick delivery more
