I had laser in the past without much success. I have seen many ads with crazy pricing but wanted to try a center that had been in business for a long time with experience and reputation. That is why I chose R & J. From the moment I walked in, I knew why they were so highly rated. They really know how to take care of their customers and please them at any cost. I went for my underarms but ended up treating my legs as well. They are using incredible lasers that are very fast without much pain. Painless and Cool 7/14/2009

I am a body builder and let's face it, hair is not attractive when you flex your muscles. I am happy to give R & J a great recommendation because even tho I don't mind the pain in building muscles, I didnt want to feel it from hair removal. Dig the cool laser with the water. My only day off is Sunday, and there are not many places open on Sundays. Also, I am really picky about new machines because you can have a real issue otherwise. Just finished up the legs ! Yes, is this ever great ! I am going for the works, as soon as I can. Do I think this is a great laser center ? Yes. No question. It has what every woman wants- professionals, good equipment and they know how to use it ! The outcome is what you expect based on the free consultation. If only men could be made like this ! I was asked to write a review of my experience at Romeo and Juliette Laser Center. Normally, I tend to shy away from this sort of stuff. But this time I decided it woud serve as a public service to let people know that there are some really good places, with honest and dedicated people working there. A place where they want you to look great and where they do all they can to make you happy. Recommended with pleasure 7/14/2009

I take the train into the city only for my treatments at Romeo and Juliette. I have to travel an hour and a half each way, but it is worth every minute and it is so great that I can come on Saturdays. There are other places on Long Island, but I like the new machines at R & J and I really like how up to date they are. I have never had a problem with any of the areas which have been treated and I am very happy that I was asked about a recommendation. My pleasure to recommend them ! To dance, to sing, to call from the roof-tops ! Yes, that is how I felt when i came and had hair removed at Romeo and Juliette. I know this sounds silly, but to be rid of hair, and to have it done painlessly, and to be able to afford this treatment ??? And then to have real nice people help you acheive your goal ??? A different kind of wonderful 7/14/2009

Romeo and Juliette was the winner last year of the best of Citysearch and that is why I called and went to see them. But they were so wonderful, I was surprised. Often the best or the biggest does not have such a fine attention to detail and customer orientation, because they are too big and too full of themselves. This is not the case here. They are very humble and down to earth and ever so nice. This is so important at a time when everyone is so business like and yet so impersonal. I love the way they pay attention and the way they remember you and ask about you when you come. You become like a friend, they care. This makes all the difference for me. Asa young girl growing up in Costa Rica, I was always fantasizing about the possibility of shing a ray on the unwanted hair making it disappear. I was fortunate enough to live in this day and age and am now the beneficiary of all the fantastic imaginings I also had. Friendly, expert and professional ! 7/14/2009

My delicate skin would suffer so much from all the manipulations I was involved with toremove unwanted hair from under my chin. What on some people looked like peach fuzz, looked like moss on me. I was so embarrassed because it was often a choice of irritated skin or fuzz that made me look like I was dirty under the chin. My hair dresser recommended lasering and she was coming to Romeo and Juliette. I went and examined what they offered and have not regretted it one bit. I now have a perfectly smooth chin and also am working on other areas little by little ! Yes, I do recommend them highly. Pros: Fabulous service and great results more

My twin sister and I routinely explore the newest and the best and this time she outdid herself. She found Romeo and Juliette and took me with her. We both love our smooth bodies and we are also dancers and it saved so much time and no cuts or abrasions.We are both fairly dark skinned and that meant being careful wth the laser. Wonderful happy ending 7/14/2009

I had a terrible experience a few years ago and was very wary of using lasers because of burns I had from a previous laser treatment. I called R & J and spoke at length and discovered Chris, the owner, and I was very impressed with the attention to detail and experienec he displayed. I have sinec been to the center and had a course of treatments which went very very well. I hope to continue and am very happy with the outcome. I am a busy mother of three who is getting her degree part time. Time is a commodity I am so short of.
