Apart from the dirt & staff not knowing what they are doing, this place is one step from being a brothel. I just wanted a massage and all the girls wanted to do is ask for more $$$$ and some questionable technics. I will never go there again Pros: convenient Cons: do not know how to massage more

I've been to a lot of spas in California and this place is on my top 10. It might seem dirty old on the outside but you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover. I walked in and I had no problem with paying. I had an hour massage that was relaxing. I know the first appearances look bad but when you try it out its good. I dont like the music but I hot use to it. Masseuse that massaged me was well organized and clean, she knew what she was doing. I didn't like the towels because it was rough but I didn't care. I have so much errands and I'm so stressed out and this place made me relaxed. Although you hear bad rumors and bad reviews you should try it out for yourself...it's not going to hurt you! more

This place was horrible! The pictures that they show on their website is completely photoshop'd and to their advantage. The building is a cheap, old, dirty and small. I found them online and thought that they had a good deal and that their website pictures looked okay... in reality, their rooms are unprofessional and have flip shutters to them like an old western saloon.. meaning there is NO privacy and the massage beds have just a thin sheet on them.. there is only a small rough towel that they want you to cover yourself with.. the staff is unprofessional , and gave the worst massage i had ever had! There is a hot tub and showers but they are in horrible shape. the white tiles that you see in the website are black and moldy. I didn't even bother to get in either of them. The massage beds are old and you can tell have been beat up. At one time they were white, but are now a brownish color. Its really bad! During my massage, I was scatched and pinched! The service was not reliable, clean, nor even decent. I originally paid for an hour and a half and my boyfriend was getting a half an hour massage but I had to cut it short .. I was soooo tense when i arrived at the roman spa that i needed a master to work on me and i got what i came for. The place was nice and tidy which helped me to relax. they had some kind of asian music on which was not my taste at first but it cailmed me down. you have to take a shower before they work on you and let me tell you this is a good thing other establishments overlook this important step. i asked for an hours worth of work which consisted of deep tissue therapy and some other type of therapy and fell off to dreamland, it was great. now, according to my watch i actually got about 9 to 10 minutes more for my money. most places do not give you a minute over and she did not even wake me i came too on my own, how relaxing. now let me tell ou that the girls are not the best looking, not bad, but definatly not the best. so if you are coming for something other than having a great massage, i guess girl looking, l would search other establishments. also, l oppted for some time in the whirpool which if you do not have one at home this also is very relaxing. this is the worst possible place to get a message.. we should have known this place wasnt all that great when the lady in the "drive up window" wanted to negotiate the price so that we would stay. so we ended up paying 150 for 2 people to get a one hour message and a half hour in the jacuzzi. we went to the room and had a used towel to put on us. I felt disgusted when i felt the wet smelly towel and told the lady to get me a new towel.. she did it and didnt say a word.. we then both got "beat" up while having a message.. the whole entire time i felt so tense and unrelaxed! my lady kept punching me all over which didnt feel good at all! shed do a little thumb work then proceed with punching... after about 35 minutes of punching ( remember we paid for an hour message) .. the lady sent me to the jacuzzi, said i didnt even need to take a shower and to just go in. my boyfriend, whose message began 10 minutes after mine was getting a lecture on how to live his life and came to the jacuzzi mintues later.. i then went to the jacuzzi whose water was so unbearably hot that i got dizzy after i got in and out of it in less then 2 mintues. my boyfriend tried to get in and also realized the water was scorching hot and not able to sit in it. we sat outside feeling totally riped off. my boyfriend went to the mens shower to bathe and i to the womens, i was disgusted when i walked into the womens bathroom and shower area, it was a mess and wet and just plain dirty. i couldnt bear to even take a shower, i walked back to my room got dressed and left. the lady proceeded to give us her schedule and name like we were actually ever going to come back. their website seems all fake too, the way they took the pictures doesnt reflect what the place looks like. especaially the outside preview picture. When you arrive you have to double check the address you have because you think that it couldn't POSSIBLY be that little pink was-previously-an-adult-film-store-building. But it is. We go in anyways (three girls, one guy) and the inside looks kinda nice but the Nobody-sees-the Wizard window that you are greated from is less than approachable as is the lady that you are greated by. Still we proceed. The rooms were very small and hot. The fake, scrolling fish tank and dusty fan was hardly the relaxing environment I was expecting. (Only my room had a fan!) The whole back area fit the four of us and the two employees very uncomfortably. My brothers girlfriend wanted to leave but we decided to stick it out a little more...maybe the massage is fabulous! No. The lady INSISTS that she massages me first - instead of my friend and I going to the jacuzzi while my brother and his girlfriend have their massages done together. To say that she merely insists is an understatement. So I go lay down with my towel drapped over my rear. She comes in and starts massaging my legs - nothing relaxing about it - then she works her way up and pulls my towel off. I reach back and cover back up. She goes on to karate chopping my back and pinching my neck then minutes later she pulls my towel off again then she leaves the room. I'm done. I tell my friend what she did and we both get up and start dressing as my brother and girlfriend come to the door. The lady comes back and we tell her that we're leaving and all she can go on about is the jacuzzi and how we have to go see it. My friend tells her that it's too hot and we're leaving. She doesn't understand why and still insists on us seeing the jacuzzi. There are so many more details but this is the jist of it. It was ridiculous. So this a treat from my brother. He paid $240 for all of us to go. She refuses to give it back, saying that she can't because it's in the safe. After my friend going off on her and a good ten minute wait, we get our money back and we leave. To sum it all up: DO NOT GO HERE. Pros: There are NO pros. Cons: The entire place is a CON more
