I am a property owner and highly recommend Rollingwood as a property manager. This was my first experience as a landlord, and I was very nervous about renting out my home. The Rollingwood staff was exceedingly patient, clearly explained everything to me, and did not pressure me in any way. Once they began to manage my property, I came close to forgetting about it ? which was exactly what I wanted! Rollingwood has managed my property with efficiency and professionalism, and I have only had to be minimally involved. The staff is friendly, helpful, and honest. more

Rollingwood Management is the Best! 11/14/2011

They treated us with respect and provided us with outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend leasing a house managed by Rollingwood. Michael Francis and Larry Park were wonderful to work with. They took great care of the property and our family's needs while we leased the property. They are the best in Austin! more

Would not recommend 9/1/2011

We found a decent duplex in a very nice area of Austin with a reasonable monthly rent. Unfortunately, Rollingwood Management turned out to be the pitfall of the entire deal. more

Good people that take care of business. 11/3/2010

After living at my rental property for five years there was recently a couple of issues that had developed. One of them was rather unique to my many years of renting and Michael and his team worked with me to get them taken care of in a prompt professional manner. Repairs have always been taken care of quickly but in this instance they went above and beyond. Kudos to Michael and Anthony for the work involved in this. I look forward to a long ongoing relationship with Rollingwood Property Management. more

One of the better companies 6/30/2010

I've rented from several management companies in town and Rollingwood did a pretty good job. While there were some repair issues from time to time, they always responded quickly and took care of them. When I moved out I thought I'd loose my deposit but they were fair. Pros: Easy to work with more

Slow to respond to problems 8/12/2009

I use Rollingwood Management to rent out my house. For the price I pay, I feel that the service is terrible. I have had to contact them several times about billing or service questions. I am finding a new service next time. Cons: They don't respond more

Professional service and very nice staff 4/17/2007

From the day we applied to rent our house to the day we moved out, the staff at Rollingwood Management always treated us professionally. Unlike other houses we have leased in Austin, this house was clean and in good condition when we moved in just like they said it would be. Additionally, they always responded to our maintenance requests promptly. If you want to rent a house from a management company that cares and does more than collect your rent check, Rollingwood gets my vote! Pros: paid rent on web site, really cared about renters and property Cons: we had to move out of our little home :-( more
