Good portions, great prices. The pasta dishes are especially well done - it's actually worth it to get pasta here, unlike most places. more

The food was subpar at best, and arrived cold, soggy, and crushed like someone had sat on the box. Would not order again. more

WORST BUSINESSS EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 6/11/2011

If you ever order at ROGGIES.... Disrespectful bunch of ignorant fools... it is now currently 12:49 and I still haven't received my food. For them to even have the balls to try to deli ever my food at 12:30 when I made the order at 11:10 that's been sitting in the car for an hour and a half for cold food... Outrageous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never been so aggravated and frustrated in my life... to be on hold for 15 min before I can order and then to be on hold for 40 min trying to get the manager... and then for the manager to hang up on me.... ROGGIES pack of liars.... I hope that this so call place a business don't last... the way they doing business... they burning themselves down.... SMH for appetizers.... 1 hour sand in a half PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Domino's give better customer service then the crap they call for... No wonder it's so cheap... I can get it for a dollar in the ghettos of NY more

Delicious Pizza 1/3/2011

Pizza was really very delicious, I went to ROGGIES PIZZERIA with my friend on last Sunday, my friend ordered for pizza for us, after tasting it realized that what a delicious pizza it is, due to its delicious taste I ordered to pack one for my wife. more

Everything on Roggies' menu is delicious except for the pizza. The crust tastes slightly like stale cardboard and the cheese is hard. more

Great food, great staff, great time 3/16/2009

Roggies is the kind of place you want to bring your friends when they come to visit. The food is great, especially the pizza, and the staff is friendly. Roggie's owner can frequently be found at the door greeting customers even on the busiest night. As a Boston College grad, my friends have continued to attend Roggies for sporting events and gatherings. Pros: cool eclectic environment Cons: can be crowded during happy hour more

Editorial review from GrubHub 2/23/2008

Great food! I love the pizzas, especially! The crust is excellent, not too thin, not soggy, not all air, but just spongy enough. The ingredients are excellent. And, of course, Roggie's is just an excellent place to go for some drinking, as well as eating! more

Horrendous Service 9/5/2007

I have always been fond of the pizza at Roggie's. I've lived in the general vacinity of the restaurant for 3 years now and order probably once to twice a month. In the past 6 months they have failed to deliver pizza to me (or my roommates) about 3-4 times with no explanation or apology. Ive called to follow up a number of times on each occurance and I'm always assured its coming.\r This weekend it happened again, and I was charged for my order. I've called them at least 3 times in the past 5 days and am continuously told to call back at another time- without reimbursement. I imagine the business must have a delivery log as well as call log so the reasons are beyond me--give me my money back, you provided me with NO service and have wasted my time. I called twice on the night that my order was ignored and was promised that it was on its way. I will never, ever, ever return to Roggie's. And until I am reimbursed for the delivery that never was I will continue to sign up for review websites and will continue to spread word of the incredibly unethical service of this ""business""\r more

Awesome Environment, Great Food, Student Atmosphere 4/10/2007

I ate here with a friend from BC about a year ago, and the experience was highly enjoyable. This restaurant is a microcosm of college life in Boston. Loud music, delicious high calorie foods, an extremely cute waitresses. They had no trouble seating a table of about 7-8 people, so party size is not an issue. more

ROGGIES - where R-DOGG got his gro0ve back 4/9/2007

Roggies Pizza place is not the best pizza in boston --it does not have good food-- what is it?? well its a place where a special animal comes out for a late night snack--the animal I speak of has no known natural preditors and only comes out after dark.. Its known in many parts as the FELINE BOSTONIAN --AKA the boston cougar . The animal can been seen in college towns across mass but thrives in Chestnut hill. My buddy R-DOG is one guy who was able to tame a few of these animals --he would show up to roggies late night-- Grab a slice or a meatball sub then hitt the few tables and wait for an unsuspecting cougar to arrive. Once he has his sights on the target few have escaped.. So in conclusion this place is a slump buster if your into putting on some LBS and have the stamina. Pros: LATE NIGHT- ROMANTIC Cons: Just the pizza more

Decent Pizza 8/22/2006

The pizza here is pretty good. I have ordered from here on multiple occasions and have tried many different toppings. The pizza is definitely better than some, but not the best. \r Overall: A better than average pizza for an average price!! PROS: A better than average pizza for an average price!! CONS: Not the best of options in the area more

Go when the students are away 8/15/2006

I don't think I'd ever go when BC is in session, but it's great on a weeknight. Lots of beers on tap, lots of games to watch. . . and the game console at the bar has ex rated Photo Hunt! A great place for a chill night with friends. . . in the summer, that is. Pros: Lots of beers on tap, easy access to B, C Cons: Packed when school is in session more

Great College Bar 4/4/2006

Roggie's Pizzeria is a local hangout for the Boston College crowd. They offer reasonably priced beer and food to fit the needs of college students. The food runs from pizza to hamburgers and what you would expect at a college hang out. more

Roggie's Pizzeria 3/21/2005

It's a typical local pizza place. There's a small tv and some tables to dine in. RIght next to bus stop. You won't be disappointed. PROS: Above Average Pizza for Relatively Cheap Price CONS: Nothing spectacular more

quick and tasty 7/17/2002

Nothing special, but the food is good and the prices are reasonable. Great location in Clevveland Circle. more
