The steaks are incredibly good, and will be cooked to your specifications without chef-snobbery. Want it blackened, Cajun style? It will be done, very well, and still tender as can be. The baked potato with sour cream and bacon bits is a swell accompaniment, and comes with the dinner. So does a vegetable and a salad--try the bleu cheese dressing; Rodney's recipe is really superb.
