I asked for a quote and they needed someone else to call me and I never got the call back. Poor customer service.

Great Customer Service 6/27/2011

I was involved in an front end accident in December 2010 and they took care of everything with my insurance and had a rental car ready for me when I got there. I received several follow up calls on my car's repair progress and all the staff were super nice. Several months later I noticed that an interior side dash panel on the passenger side was missing-I called to see if maybe they still had it- they didn't but they ordered me a new one. They were great about everything! more

they were great in handling everything with dealiing with state farm and enterprise car. bill and james stayed on top of the claim proceedure and kept in contact with me. they could give seminars on customer service and providing a quality product from their shop should be. would recommend them with the highest of marks! Pros: great wth their customer service more

WONDERFUL!!! 8/16/2002

The service at rocky mountain collision was wonderful!! It seems as though everyone in the shop knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle!! The repairs turned out great and the paint matched perfectly!! They even got my car back to me a day early!! I will never take my car anywhere BUT to Rocky Mountain Collision!! Pros: Service, Quality, Customer Care Cons: none!!! more
