Spectrum Health Services is a great community health center located in West Philadelphia. Although there are some problems with administration, I'll have to say that the patient care in the pediatrics department is exceptional. The pediatricians are very well-qualified and knowledgeable, good with children, and still care about and for their patients. They are strong at patient education and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
