Good. If I were in the business of selling things, I would ask myself what stands in the way of someone buying my product? would it be financing, your trade, do I have what that person is looking for in my inventory? Some places are doing live chat with the salesman when they visit the website. An up to date inventory is a must. In my case I found live chat a good feature. Also my trade stands in the way of my next purchase. I made a mistake and bought a new Honda 650l 2 years ago and has 300 miles on it because I don't ride it. It is to tall for me and makes riding a chore. I had some interest in a Bonneville or a bmw. more

Personalized service, especially on the sales floor. Always feel that my needs are being looked after, no buyers remorse. Service the last several years has also been upfront with me and has charged me fair prices, not low, but reasonable for the work done. more

I went to 2 other dealerships north of boston after I got my permit looking solely for a little advice in guidance, and found nothing but rude salespeople who ignored me when they realized I wasn't buying that day.\r \r I stopped in Riverside and met Jerome (awesome guy!) who talked to me for a good 30-45 minutes about the best choice for me, let me sit on everything, and even directed me towards Streetwise Cycle School (where i took my MSF course).\r \r Also, today I called with questions about my '89 Honda Hawk, and while they couldn't help me (they don't work on bikes older than 10 years), the nice sales guy recommended me to a shop in Abington where they could help me out, and I am currently dealing with them (J&G performance in Abington - review to come) now.\r \r Definitely someone I would go to if I could! more

While I've not purchased at bike at Riverside, I had a great experience speaking with you at teh Euro Bike Fest at Larz Anderson. I love your email campiagn and the ""feel"" I get from your business. I'm a totally moto newbie who is (slowly) looking for his first ride, but I do hope to buy it at Riverside. I'll try to attend an event soon. Best of luck. more
