As a former 3 year tenant of Riverplace Apartments I would recommend it to anybody. In my estimation, the nicest apartment complex in Oshkosh with wonderful landscaping. Although there are newer apartments built in the area, and I have looked at some of them, I didn't move until recently (to be closer to a new job). Although it did seem like they were understaffed and sometimes maintenance took a couple complaints, I don't have many grievances. I miss the underground parking and my river views...
