They were very proffesional, unlike some other place in town that claims ""When we say free we mean free."" Rite rug was the least expensive place by far and did a great job. Product got in really quick and was installed the day after it got there. Worked with Aaron and Alan and they were incredibly helpful, I can't imagine anyone knowing as much about flooring as the two of them. Love you guys! Our Floor is beautiful. more

Bait and Switch 6/19/2010

Went in to order laminant flooring for a rental property. We ordered the light oak look which was on sale. They were extremely concerned about making sure the payment cleared before establishing a time to measure the floors, ect. A little insulting....then lo and behold what we ordered was out of stock but they had something better at the same price...riiigght...The measurements for the trim were off and a whole room went undone and no one bothered to call and let us know a thing about it. Then of course they had to order it. That was another week in this painfully long process. The installers did a nice job but the salesman was not helpful at all in dealing with their scre ups.
