While waiting for an issue to be resolved with Western Union, I happened to observe the expedient way in which the customers were being served. It was an extremely busy time, every station was manned and the waiting line was endless. Kudos to Rite Aid on that day. My thanks however, are for Kelli and Katee, both of whom assisted me with my issue. Both were friendly and efficient. Thanks Ladies. more
