Worst pharmacy with the worst service! 9/24/2011

This is the WORST pharmacy in our neighborhood. Worst layout, worst stock, worst service. The employees are unfriendly and one in particular, Jody, is downright surly and openly hostile. When I called to ask whether the store carried a certain item, she let out a long sigh, then muttered, "You f@(%ing people are killing me" into the phone (barely) under her breath. I only go here as a last resort. If I could give it zero stars, I would. CVS, right down the street is so much better: Friendly staff, helpful pharmacists and techs, open and pleasant layout. more

Rite Aid is OK 10/1/2009

I've been going to this Rite Aid for 7+ years. I love it and I hate it. I love the service the pharmacy gives me... and that is no small thing as I have many medications to keep track of and refill. The pharmacy manager and daytime staff know me by name. I hate the parking lot... not enough spots and poorly designed traffic patterns make for many a tense moment. I find life is less complicated when I either order my prescriptions on-line, phone them in or drop them off rather than waiting for them. Also, don't go at peak times like lunch and rush hour. more

OK place to shop 5/28/2005

This Rite Aid has a large parking lot so finding a parking spot is not an issue but the cashiers are really slow. Also, it doesn't help that there is usually just one or two cashiers in the front of the store. Don't be surprised if you end up waiting in line for a while. It also takes a while to get presciptions. You will probably end up waiting a while for your prescription to be ready, even where there is no one else waiting. I always opt to come back at another time. The prices however are reasonable. more

An OK Pharmacy 5/17/2005

Everytime I have to pick up my medication at this pharmacy I always have to wait 15- 20 minutes. There always seems to be a number of people behind the counter but only 1 or 2 seem to work at the cah register. The cashiers are always terribly slow but they have never made a mistake with my medication. Overall I think that they are an OK pharmacy, but be willing to wait in line. Also, they usually have a lot of free after rebate items. :) more
