Good: Friendly environment, they provide a little bit of everything at competitive prices. Convenient location, best wine prices in town. open past 7 oclock pm (which is rare in Poulsbo unfortunately). Caring staff will do what they can to get me in and out of the store without feeling hassled.. Bad: Some of the other customers were offensive, when i visit later in the evening it seems like that are short staffed at times. I like the store ok but I wouldnt want to be one of their cashiers for that last shift.. Improvements: Id like to see them schedule an associate to just do customer service during peak hours. their focus would be to help people and not have 30 other projects with deadlines that get in the way of that. I think it would improve the service and help with customer frustration levels.. Other: Seems like a nice place overall. Im sure Ill continue to shop there for quiet awhile. its one of poulsbos only alternatives to walmart, and the pharmacy staff cant be topped.. more

I do like this store. Sorta. I like the fact that I can go in and buy a card, makeup, a kids toy diapers, etc. all at one time. Sometimes I can get stuck in there just browsing for a while. You can get your prescritions there, seasonal items, paper, pens, make up, all sorts of stuff. The down side to this store is that they never have enough cashiers at the registers. You're almost always sure to wait in line for a while. And there are a few very impolite employees here as well. But, for the most part, it's an average store. more
