Don't ever take your photos to be developed at Rite Aid; especially the one on 9th in Corvallis. They got some kind of gunk on several of my negatives which showed up as giant blue blotches on the photos. When I took them back in, with the receipt, to politely ask to get them either redone or refunded, they refunded me for just those specific photos, which is barely acceptable. But their attitude was utterly unacceptable-- unhelpful, and completely unapologetic. They tried to blame it on "something with the film cartridge while it was in the camera," and saying "I don't know how that could have happened." They didn't so much as say "We're sorry." This included the supervisor, who was the first person I talked to. The counter was filthy, and had little mushy bits of food on it. It looked like someone had just eaten lunch on the counter.
