I visited the resturaunt with a friend for a few small plates and to enjoy a glass of wine just over a week ago. I was blown away by lack of service in this resturaunt. The servers were running around like chickens with their heads cut off with absolutely ZERO support from any sort of management or ownership! Both my girlfriend and I have worked in the industry and both have patients and understanding that many future patrons won't. What we found so upsetting wasn't that we waited 20 minutes for our drinks or that our flat bread never made it it to the table (..and the only compensation was that we didn't have to pay for a meal we never received..UNBELIEVEABLE), but rather when I asked the server if she had a manager on duty, she said NO and then proceeded to tell me the owner had been there just minutes before and laughed at the fact that his entire team was in the weeds and arrogantly wished them good luck! Dear owner..... As a 1 time visitor of your resturaunt, it is you, sir, that needs the luck! My heart hurts for anyone currently employed at this resturaunt!
