Yeeeaahh...the owner doesn't give good instructions nor comprehension and I never been to his store before. He was a customer of mine where I worked at and wanted something done, however didn't even take notice of what I was offering him, he began agreeing. It wasn't until last minute that he ""noticed"" that I was doing something wrong. He then blamed me for his lousy instructions, getting loud. Okay, so he goes to other people's store and yell at them for something he didn't explain correctly, and expect to receive kindness when customers come into his store? Seriously, I should do the same thing and go to his store and treat him how he did me but I would never stoop myself down to his level or any other ""rude customer"" level. So I can vouch for those below me that think that this man is rude.
