Consumers have a voice, be aware you many not have one with Rife's. Have had great service in the past and they do great work 99% of the time. This time it has been challenging. Please beware that if you chose them for an insurance repair and they are not a preferred collision center that your insurance company can not help when they won't fix an issue that you (the customer) believes was done incorrectly. They know it is just the customer vs them. I just received this experience when talking to a manager. When I confirmed they were not going to rectify the issue I said I was going to call my insurance company. The response I received was "Go ahead". They know that the insurance company has no power with them. more

Highly Recommend. The Infiniti dealer referred me to Rife's. They came to my house to write the estimate, handled a problem with the insurance company for me, and did a great job fixing my car! They even called me afterwards to be sure I was happy with everything. more

Grandview Location 10/3/2008

Happy with Body repairs But I felt that the service was not up to par. Took Car because I was informed that Rife's is the only certified Audi body shop in Ohio. So I guess I expected something more than what I got as far as customer service goes. I felt I was not taken car of in a professional mannor.My car was damaged while in there CARE and they said it was not there fault because the car was customized and they would not do a Professional repair.Issues with comunication between Rifes and insurance als more
