I moved in three months ago - apartment was clean at move in, grounds are nice, I don't hear a lot of partying, just motorcycles. Good place to live at if you need to live in an apartment. Nice area. more

I feel spoiled!! 11/9/2011

This is a great apartment. The rooms are very big and the high ceilings in the apartment makes a nice atmosphere. The management/ repair team is excellent; I have always gotten same day response to any request (and I have asked them to fix stuff other than my apartment---they are always on it immediately). Front office people couldn't be better. For the amount I pay it is well worth it considering I have newer built apartments in the area. My neighbors are very friendly and this is a quiet place. I have never seen the police here other than cruising through. The pool and hot tub are always clean. The weight room is always spotless and never crowded. My water bills is always $35 per month and never changes (better that my other place). Pros: null Cons: null more

Happy with my choice 11/9/2011

I rented sight unseen from Wisconsin, and I am very happy here. The girls in the office are very nice. Maintenance is great. Bakir (sp) works fast. For not seeing it before I moved in, I picked a good one. Pros: null Cons: null more

Deer Valley and Ridgegate - great home! 9/13/2011

This is a great place - my apartment is large - my neighbors are great and they do all sorts of functions here so I get to know more people. This is the first apartment I've lived in where it really feels more like a community then just a place to lay my head. more

You have a good home at RidgeGate 8/8/2011

I moved in here to go to MMI and it's been great! I can walk across the street to go to class and also have a big fitness center to work out in afterwards. The people that work here are very nice - I have no complaints. more
