Went over and beyond for me 4/21/2011

My salesperson went over and beyond to find the mix of colors and options I desired on a Volvo; competing dealerships in the area were not willing to do so. My time is limited and Rickenbaugh recognized how to best serve me quickly to deliver the car and process the buying transaction. I'm already planning on buying from them again. more

Easiest purchase ever 4/14/2011

Ive come in on Feb 14th to just look around and we were dealing with Toni, she made our experience there wonderful. We the meet with Roxanne and she also was amazing buyign a car from Rickenbaugh was the easiest purchase we have ever done. We will do buisness with you again and tell all our friends about you. Thank you for having such wonderful staff. more

The entire staff from the owner to all the sales staff were extremely helpful and friendly. This is my first cadillac but not my last and the next one will be leased with Rickenbaugh. more

Your Service person, Steve, always goes above and beyond with his help and information. He is worth driving from Arvada CO (where we have a Cadillac dealership) to Rickenbaugh and all the traffic we must contend with. Everyone in the service dept. is always helpful. Thank you for asking. more
