Paul Owens made this leasing experience a great one. He was knowledgeable about the XC60 and if he could not answer any questions that we had, he immediately found the answer. Everything about the experience was low key and non-stressful. We had already decided on another make of car to lease, but after test driving the XC60 and talking with Paul, we were convinced that this was the car for us. more

Went over and beyond for me 4/21/2011

My salesperson went over and beyond to find the mix of colors and options I desired on a Volvo; competing dealerships in the area were not willing to do so. My time is limited and Rickenbaugh recognized how to best serve me quickly to deliver the car and process the buying transaction. I'm already planning on buying from them again. more

Easiest purchase ever 4/14/2011

Ive come in on Feb 14th to just look around and we were dealing with Toni, she made our experience there wonderful. We the meet with Roxanne and she also was amazing buyign a car from Rickenbaugh was the easiest purchase we have ever done. We will do buisness with you again and tell all our friends about you. Anthony was WONDERFUL to work with- he quickly related the vehicle to my life, features to what he thought I'd use them for and put himself in my shoes. The Very Best 1/4/2011

I have never dealt with a better dealership than Rickenbaugh Cadillac. My sales representative Karen Knoll is the very best- thoroughly knowledgeable with every facet of the Cadillac automobile, courteous, friendly, and absolutely professional. The same can be said for Cadillac Sales Manager Mike Moxely, for the service department, and for all support departments with which I have done business. Tthere is no chance I would never patronize another Cadillac dealership in Colorado. Rickenbaugh simply is the very best. more

Very satisfied with our purchase 11/9/2010

This is our second purchase from Rickenbaugh. We were very satisfied with our first Volvo purchase, and with the subsequent service that went with it. We were again pleased with the ease of purchasing another Volvo from Rickenbaugh and will continue to have it serviced there also. more
