Waiting area 7/31/2015

I find that the noise from the music in the showroom along with the TV, makes the area very uncomfortable. I contacted Rick Case once and suggested he go to Park Hyundai in Gainesville FL. The waiting area is peaceful, and enclosed. they serve hot cookies freshly made, and there is a TV feed where you can see your car being serviced. Ernest is very nice. I think that the waiting area needs to be enclosed as I have seen at other dealerships. Am I the only one to complain? Do you ever answer? I have written about this before. When I need a new car, I may go elsewhere like back to Coconut Creek Hyundai. more

Love car, do not love projected service 7/27/2015

I bought a used car 3 mo. ago and love it. I brought it in for oil change as requested by dealer. I was told nothing was wrong with the car but they wanted to do 610.00 dollars worth of routine work on the car only 3 mo. after buying it. I called the dealer who said that did not sound right and he would get back to me in 24 hrs. He did not and it has been over a week. I did do the oil change and rotated, balanced and aligned the tires though I do not understand why the tires were necessary but flushing out all the systems so soon seems wrong to me too. I pd for extended full warrenty and did expect routine maintence but 600 dollars every time I come in for a routine checkup? more

I always ask for Tom Owen, the Service Advisor at Rick Case Hyundai, Ft. Lauderdale. He is knowledgeable, friendly and Professional. Tom is also very thorough and makes sure that all the needed is completed and that I am satisfied. Tom always gives me the attention I need when I bring my vehicle in for service. He is always at the ready to go the extra mile to explain and answer any questions I may have. I always ask for Tom when I call or come in. In addition, the service is fast and the vehicle is always returned to me washed and looking great. more
