Good treatment and fair pricing 10/26/2015

I've always brought my car to Rick Case Hyundai for service since I bought my vehicle when it was new. I've not had any significant issues that ruined my experience with this dealership and I would encourage anyone to bring their car in for servicing. My latest service experience was no different. I'm a known customer in the service department and I'm greeted by name and the other employees are courteous and friendly. It's difficult to find a decent dealership to trust and I believe I've found one. more

One thing after another..... 10/21/2015

My vehicle went in for a repair and later discovered something else went wrong. It happened while in for this repair, its related. The negative side about this is that I have to go there again and this time I will have to wait. What a waste of my time! more
