Rice is the best Thai restaurant in D.C. 9/13/2005

Their food is very uniquely presented, excellent quality and fantastic papaya salads. They have the best rice as well that comes in different colors (green tea rice is green, coconut is brown). It's my favorite and I've been to almost all Thai restaurants in Washington. more
