I needed to get new springs for my garage door. I always call couple of places and do a price comparison. Tim was the only person who gave me a fixed quote without beating around the bush. He was straight to the point. I decided to have him come and replace the springs. My husband and I were extremely impressed. First of all, his price remind same even though he had to make an extra trip to our place. I'm sure if it had been another company , they would have charged us for it. Second thing my husband really liked was that Tim didn't waste time with small talk. He quietly and efficiently did his work. He answered all the questions my husband asked (my husband is a engineer) . In brief, we were impressed byTim's work ethics as well as knowledge of his field of work. Another impressive thing was his punctuality. \r
