Worst

I took about a month to think about this and then decide to do the write up. There is a lot to think about and so not sure what to even start to be upset about but here it goes. ...

The company installed a new roof on my home. The whole experience, from the salesman discussing the company's products to the workmen performing their tasks,was excellent. The roof looks great. Every individual in the company with whom I spoke was friendly and helpful. Well done! more

They replaced all of our atrium windows, which is a lot of glass. They were here on time and I was very happy with the job they did. more

They put on a new roof for me, everything from the sales experience to the final installation and product has been good. They've been very good at answering my questions, and they were good at servicing when I needed samples and things like that. more

Unsatisfied- the job looks fine but getting there was hard 2/4/2013

Reynolds Exteriors told us they would start the job on December 17th. They never showed up and called a month later to start the project. They had to special order everything but they never told us that. When they did finally start working on the project, they started at 10:30 every day. They told us the job would take 2 days and it ended up taking 5 days. more

Wonderful 1/10/2013

Reynolds Exteriors helped us get a new roof. Everyone that we talked to was really nice and knowledgeable. They were really flexible when it came to scheduling times. They were very helpful with the financing and they worked well with us. Ultimately, we are satisfied with our new roof. It looks really good. They did the job fast but they did it well. They had our whole roof done in two days max. more

Outstanding quality, product and workmanship. 1/9/2013

Reynolds Exteriors replaced my upstairs and downstairs windows. My downstairs windows were done first, and I went through them again for my upstairs windows because they have excellent help. They're an all-over good service. My satisfaction was great. They have great products and the people who did the windows were kind and got their work done. more

I think Reynolds Exteriors is really good. They handled the trim on my house. The quality of their work is good, and their timing was good also. I gave them a 4 instead of 5 because one of the guys on their crew was sick for a week or so, and the whole experience was a little longer than I expected. more

My comments on the positive side of my experience with Reynolds Exteriors would be toward their product. They have high quality product. They even helped us with saving the sticker on the windows so we could apply for rebates. So, they went above and beyond in that regard. more

A Great Experience 11/30/2012

Reynolds Exteriors did the wood trim on our house. The results are beautiful! It looks like a brand new house. The two men who worked in the house cleaned up very well once they were done. They were nice and answered my questions. They were very helpful and went over and beyond. more

Fine, had no problems. 9/6/2012

The people doing the job were top notch. I would give the supervisor 3.5-4 stars. The salesman I would give 4.5-5 stars, he was really good and down to earth. I felt like I could really talk to him. The supervisor was ok, but certain things I asked for weren't relayed to the personnel, I guess. I understand that the people working can only work with what they were given and I guess they weren't given plywood from the supervisor because after working on my roof they replaced parts of my plywood roof with particle board. Things weren't relayed, but the work quality was excellent. more

We just had our windows replaced. We love them very much so far. Everyone we dealt with , from the office staff to the crew who put the windows in was very polite and friendly to us. We would def . recommend them to anyone. more

Wonderful. 7/27/2012

In 2011 Reynolds Exteriors wrapped trim around our house, and this spring we had some of our windows and the sliding glass door replaced. Everything looks wonderful. Once we got people in to look at everything and give us a quote it was pretty quick moving. The workers who came out were wonderful and did everything in a timely manner. They were also very conscious of my children. more

Diligent professionals and a nice experience. 7/26/2012

Me and my husband had a bet going about how long it would take Reynolds Exteriors to get our roof done. We thought it was going to be at least two or three days because of the large size of out house, but they got it all done in a day. We were very surprised. The workers worked diligently. They were professional, and when we came out to look to look at the roof, it was very nice. My husband even came up on the roof to check it out, and they were really nice about that. They worked really, really hard, and didn't hardly stop along the way. It was just a really nice experience. more

WAY OVER PRICED 4/5/2011

Reynolds Exteriors wanted $6000.00 more for a roof replacement with same material. I received 2 other quotes from other company's. Don?t let them in the door. more

Siding and Windows:Great Job 11/5/2010

Recently we had siding and windows replaced by Reynolds Exteriors. The dramatic difference in the look and feel of our old home is amazing! All our neighbors cannot stop telling me how much it has changed my home when they see me outside. I am looking forward to feeling no drafts from my old windows this winter and the lower energy bills from the new windows and the foam backed siding. Everyone in the company we dealt with, which, included Mrs. Reynolds was very friendly. The installations crews were nice, inside and outside our home.The windows took a few weeks to get in, but they are handmade and well worth the wait. If you are looking for some great siding and windows then our family would definitely recommend them. more

OK ! the grass looks great but the rest of the house needed some help . I just painted my trim 4 years ago and it looks like they used colored water . The beetles are making holes in my wood and who know what else is going on up there ! We needed help! more

Superior Quality vinyl exteriors and replacement windows 8/6/2006

We had Reynolds 'wrap' the exterior wood surfaces of our house with vinyl coated aluminum two years and are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the materials. In fact we were so impressed with their workmanship and customer service that we are now having them replace the windows in our house. We'll do another evaluation once the windows are completed.
