Revive Cleaning Service LLC are Cheaters 10/15/2016

Revive Cleaning Services LLC sales representative whose name is Ky told me he will deep clean my house, clean the ties and grouts, steam clean the carpet and took money from me in advance. But his cleaning team is the worst ever because they did not clean the cabinets and baseboards. The edges of the carpet were left uncleaned. The cleaning maids verbally abused me and left. I had to clean the house myself after they left. Never hire Revive Cleaning Services for deep cleaning because they are cheaters! more

Disappointing for $200 7/21/2014

Requested make ready cleaning for my house. The cleaner(s) didn't mop, used my cleaning supplies, and took my cleaning rags from out of the garage. I received a call to see how the service was. When I explained my disappointment in what happened, I was told I would receive a call back after speaking to the crew. I never heard back from them. I also paid extra for oven cleaning and it was a very poor job. Unfortunately I don't believe this was worth $200. more

Not as advertised. 7/1/2014

Cancel future services. I had this company come today for a "deep" cleaning, and was not impressed. The crew left after about 1.5 hrs of what was supposed to be a 2-3 hr appointment. After their departure I discovered that the bathroom shower still had stains, computer area had not been touched, and the kitchen sink was not cleaned. The open bookshelves in the kitchen as well as windowsills were left dusty. I am not interested in continuing with this service and am cancelling all future appointments. If this was a "deep" cleaning with a 50% extra charge, I would hate to see what a "regular" cleaning involves. more

This was the first and only time we cleaned for this customer. There was no prior services. The 2 people crew was there for about 3 hours and not 1.5 hours. There was several areas that the customer didn't want the crew to clean otherwise the cleaning would've taken longer. The customer was pretty picky, but despite the crews best efforts she was still not happy. We offered to send another crew the following day and the customer declined. We go out of our way to make sure every customer is happy. Unfortunately, we can't please everyone.
