Harold Strickland and the staff at Renters Resource have been terrific. They were a huge help for my daughter and me as we tried to find a apartment on an extremely short schedule. They called dozens of apartments for us, they provided us with daily updates about the availability of the different apartments, and they gave us lots of practical information so that we could make a smart decision. It also was obvious that Harold Strickland was quite knowledgeable about the Houston market in general, as well as the specific apartment complexes we were visiting. When we visited the apartments, several of the apartment managers told us that Harold Strickland was one of the very best brokers in the business. To those of you out there looking for a place to live in Houston, you should use Renter's Resource! I am moving from Austin to Houston for school and had no idea about Houston real estate. I worked with Harold Strickland and after I had told him about myself and where i wanted to live, he knew enough Houston apartments to tell me which ones I would love or hate. This company is so messed up, do not waste your time with this company. Seriously, the owner is a fool and is not an honest person. He'll do anything to get a buck from you instead of him paying you for putting his name on an application. \r \r Seriously DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. They might have been good at one time or another but not anymore. Cons: Dishonest, will keep your money, will lie to get their comp, they only recommend apartments that pay the highest percentage so they walk away with more money instead of finding what YOUR looking for. more

My sister and I both had to find a place inside the loop and we were moving separately from the Woodlands. We wanted to be close to each other but not in the same community and we were so intimidated by the process and the area. Renters Resource was phenomenal. They were so patient with us.
