Know the facts before you speak 6/4/2011

Interesting reading these reviews. I cannot speak to all of them but some of them I think I am aware of the situation. For one, mgmt companies offer advice to Board members who try to do their best to keep their investments sound. Board members could do a better job at running things if those who own the property took an interest in their own investment, took self responsiblity for following the rules and paying all their fees on time. There are some people on our property who are thousands of dollars behind; its hard to pay the bills that way. I love my swimming pool and am an avid swimmer, I don't know about you, but if I had a choice of building repairs or keeping the pool open I would rather have my building repaired. Sometimes it needs to be an either or because the money just isn't there. Maybe if all residents/owners paid all their fees in a timely manner property managers could do a better job. Just a thought.\r And as for putting things in writing, well that is just good business. I work in a field where the motto is ""if it isn't written it didn't happen"". I have learned the he said/she said arena never works - so just put it in writing. more

RENNER MGMT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN 1/11/2011

I have been dealing with RENNER MGMT for 3 years now and they only get worse as time goes on.They talk very nasty to their clients because they only have to suck up to the board members.They are the worst property managers I have ever dealt with!! They need a complete overhaul! They should be shut down!!!! more

Worst Management 5/19/2009

This is the most wicked Management company i have ever dealt with.The Board members have been sitting on the board for Buntingtree Condos for years and won't allow any new people to be elected due to their voting procdures done by proxy between the BOARD members and Renner Management this place is run like THE GOOD OLE BOYS.The parking situation is horrifing and they are not open to progress to rectify the problem,but are very quick to send you a warning and fine you for parking on the street.These condos are 2100 sq ft and you would assume with all this square footage they where built for familys so how come they think that each resident should only have one car.If you have more than one car you are screwed.I was told that to get more parking in the development we would need 100 per cent of the vote from the residents and the city of North Royalton would never agree to it.I think that the police in North Royalton are sick and tired of comming on calls to Buntingtree over petty parking calls from neighbors that are elderly and to old to be even living in there and with 3 flights of steps{how do they get up and down them at their ages}these same people are the ones that are standing in the way of improving Buntingtree this same group of senoirs keeps getting elected on THE BOARD and are standing in the way of improving the property.BEWARE if you get behindin maintence fees they will start foreclosure procedings after 4 months and their shady lawyers will bill you thousands in fees i belive that this is illegal.Why doesn't someone start questioning this management company.The representive for Buntingtree condos is a woman named Christine who is the most unprofessinal person i have ever met.She should be fired imediatley.She yells at residents and in a nut shell all but tells you to go to hell.No wonder there are so many foreclosures and people trying to sell their condos to no avail,who the hell would want to live under this type of dictatorship and deception. more

Are you kidding? They STINK! 12/31/2008

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER! More than once, by two different people, I have been harrassed by people in my complex for parking my car in front of ""thier houses"", but there is no assigned parking. The one guy even said that he didn't care that I had a handicapped parking sticker! When I called the company 4 times, no one returned my call. But they have no problem writing immidiately to me that I park in the back of my house where it isn't allowed. How come, if I refuse to be harrassed can I not park there. Lastly, they have charged me in excess of 3000 dollars in lawyer and lien fees because they have lost checks for my maintence fees. And again, no one has called me back. Now we are in forclosure. I do not even know what I pay of 200 a month for. I take out my own trash, the bricks are falling off the building and twice I have fallen on thick ice, which was forcasted. If it was know that storms were coming, where were the grounds people? I am on long term steriods that weaken my bones and both the falls could have seriously damaged my legs. In fact I had black bruises on both of my knees from it. AND THEY ARE SUING ME? My house is in forclosure because of them even though I pay my mortgage on time EVERY MONTH! It is because of their LAWYERS. I am thinking of retaining my own lawyer? I wish there were people who had the same problems to back me up. DO NOT EVER MOVE INTO A PLACE THEY OWN! Shame on them for such poor business more

Renner Management is the worst 8/29/2008

Who ever says that this management company is good must be either working for them or getting a kick back. They are the worst management company. I agree with the two reviews as to their poor management. If you want to reach someone they are never there, you must put in writing (this isn't a AT&T commercial) and if you want to handle anything financial they won't discuss anything with you. They hide behind their overpriced lawyers. There is definitely something not right about a company that has to keep assessing all of it's properties for repairs because they fail to maintain them properly. The roof leaked on my building and caused damage to my bathroom. They didn't take any responsibility what so ever. I had to fix it myself. They are messed up and should be investigated by someone. I have been assessed for roof repairs for what seems like 10 years. I haven't been able to use the pool for 15 of the last 19 years because they are using the money they save from closing the pool for building repairs and then they are assessing us for more money for building repairs. This is ridiculous and we have a small property. I won't even rate them because there aren't any negative stars on the board. I would rate them a negative 10 if I could. They need to be stopped before they gain any more properties to ruin. Cons: Customer service response stinks more

The worst management compay ever!! 8/13/2008

Renner Management is horrid. What they do for us is beyond me. They've lost our maintenance checks, they do a half-a**ed job on maintaining the property. They try to do things cheaply rather than fixing things correctly the first time. We end up re-doing more jobs than you can imagine. They are unresponsive if you try to contact them to discuss a problem. They are absolutely horrid. Cons: Everything more
